My style of counseling is both interpersonal and supportive and I am passionate about helping others. As a therapist my mission is to help others repair the hurt/pain experienced, and overcome life’s challenges. My therapy style is insight oriented, eclectic and includes treating symptoms of: depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma related issues, various personality disorders, emotional and behavioral issues through cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and utilizing the psychodynamic theory in order to help clients understand how their past unresolved trauma from childhood could impact current behaviors.
