My style of counseling is both interpersonal and supportive and I am passionate about helping others. As a therapist my mission is to help others repair the hurt/pain experienced, and overcome life’s challenges. Together we can process your struggles in order to get you to a more compassionate and understanding place. I believe everyone deserves a chance to find peace and love authentically.

My therapy style is insight oriented, eclectic and includes treating symptoms of: depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma related issues, various personality disorders, emotional and behavioral issues through cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and utilizing the psychodynamic theory in order to help clients understand how their past unresolved trauma from childhood could impact current behaviors.
