Tina Ho
Licensed Clinical Social Worker # 106089
Tina Ho, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working in mental health. Born and raised in Orange County, California, she grew up in a culturally diverse community that shaped the way she understands people, relationships, and emotional well-being. That background continues to inform her work today, especially when supporting clients from different cultural and personal experiences.
Tina earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine, and began her career as an Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) behavioral interventionist. In that role, she worked closely with children, adolescents, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She later completed her Master of Social Work at California State University, Long Beach, where she interned at the UC Irvine Outpatient Adolescent Program, providing group therapy to adolescents struggling with emotional and behavioral challenges. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD).
Tina’s approach to therapy is warm, relational, and collaborative. She believes meaningful change happens when people feel truly understood and supported, and she places strong emphasis on building a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship. Her work is grounded in compassion and curiosity, helping clients make sense of their experiences and move through life’s challenges with greater clarity and self-awareness.
Her therapeutic style is integrative and insight-oriented, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic approaches. Tina works with adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, personality-related concerns, and ongoing emotional or relational difficulties. Much of her work focuses on understanding how early life experiences and unresolved trauma continue to influence present-day patterns, emotions, and relationships.
