Soyoung Ye
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner/ Family Nurse Practitioner
Soyoung is a dual-certified nurse practitioner in both family medicine and psychiatric mental health, with over a decade of experience in healthcare. Her career began in family practice after earning her master’s degree, and her passion for mental health deepened as she cared for patients whose psychological needs were often overlooked. This led her to pursue additional training through the UCSF PMHNP program.
She works with adults and provides compassionate, culturally sensitive care that is thorough and tailored to each individual. Her approach supports mental, physical, and emotional well-being using evidence-based and holistic methods. She offers psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive counseling, and is fluent in Korean.
Outside of work, she is a mother of three, a wife, and someone who finds joy in spending quality time with family, hiking, and organizing. She looks forward to supporting each patient’s unique journey toward mental wellness.
