Morgan Goldstein

Associate Marriage Family Therapist  # 154042

Morgan Goldstein (she/her) is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who earned her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University in San Diego in 2024. She is passionate about helping clients reconnect with their own internal resources and believes that everyone has the capacity to heal—sometimes they just need the right support to uncover it. Morgan approaches therapy as a deeply collaborative and relational space and feels honored to walk alongside clients through meaningful transformation.

Morgan works primarily with individuals ages 15–40, but also supports older adults. She specializes in working with neurodivergent clients, those navigating body image concerns, and individuals living with complex PTSD, an area she finds especially fulfilling. Many of her clients are adjusting to environments that no longer meet their needs, and therapy becomes a space to explore what’s no longer working and how to move forward. She also frequently supports clients dealing with depression, anxiety, and identity development.

In sessions, Morgan uses a narrative therapy framework with a strong emphasis on language, believing that how we talk about our experiences shapes how we understand and live them. The more clearly we can define something, the more power we have in relating to it.

Outside of therapy, Morgan enjoys cooking, reading, and exploring new neighborhoods with friends.
