Bridget earned her undergraduate degree in Forensic Psychology from Arizona State University and completed her Master’s in Clinical Counseling with a focus on Mental Health at Concordia University Irvine. She has a background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, which has enriched her clinical experience. Before entering the mental health field, she also worked in the restaurant industry, where she developed strong communication and interpersonal skills. Her diverse background allows her to connect with clients from various walks of life.
Bridget works with adult clients (18+) experiencing a wide range of mental health disorders. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Gestalt therapy, with a strong focus on mindfulness and the mind-body connection.
A huge Dodgers fan, Bridget enjoys exploring new coffee shops around Orange County. On weekends, she can often be found hiking and enjoying the outdoors.
