Ana is a Skilled Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of clinical experience spanning in areas of Critical Care and Psychiatric Nursing. After graduating from Cal State Long Beach as Family Nurse Practitioner and practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, she realizes that she would like to provide comprehensive and mental health care beyond what internal medicine can prescribe. Hence, she completed her Post-Master’s Certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at University of California San Francisco.

 Ana utilizes a holistic approach with an individualized plan of care that is evidenced-based in treatment of adults. She integrates patient engagement with collaboration with interprofessional teams as she maintains a stigma-free environment with the provision of compassionate care.

 When she’s not working, she either travels, eats out with family and friends or does hot yoga. She makes it a priority that she spends quality time with her loved ones a lot.
