Aaleah Brown is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with a strong passion for providing inclusive, affirming mental health care. She holds a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University and earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine.
Aaleah has extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and clients navigating personality disorders, mood and anxiety disorders. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and curiosity, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Attachment-Based Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
With a background that includes years of direct work supporting children on the autism spectrum and adults facing complex emotional challenges, Aaleah is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can heal, grow, and thrive.
Outside of her clinical work, Aaleah enjoys staying active by going to the gym and shooting hoops, as she has a background as a basketball player of 12 years. In her downtime, she finds joy in binge-watching her favorite TV shows or Marvel movies and exploring new music.
